The Role

As a Technical Assembly Specialist, you are the final checkpoint between our warehouse and the customer’s home. You will be responsible for the mechanical and electronic setup of high-end urban bikes, advanced treadmills, and complex strength training systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Expert Assembly: Unbox and assemble a variety of fitness equipment and bicycles following strict manufacturer specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Perform safety inspections, torque bolts to specific requirements, and test electronic consoles for software accuracy.
• Precision Tuning: Calibrate braking systems, align bicycle derailleurs, and tension treadmill belts for smooth operation.
• Field Service: On-site assembly at customer locations, providing a professional walkthrough of the equipment’s features and maintenance needs.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical or electronic discrepancies during the build process.

What We Are Looking For

• Technical Aptitude: Previous experience in bicycle mechanics, small engine repair, or fitness equipment maintenance is highly preferred.
