1. Shipping Schedule & Expected Timelines

We process orders systematically to maintain speed and accuracy. Our delivery time-frame is divided into two phases: processing and transit.

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 11:00 AM (GMT+07:00 / Jakarta Time) will begin processing the same day. Orders received after this time will enter the queue the following business day.
  • Internal Handling Time: Please allow 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday) for our warehouse team to inspect, pack, and prepare your equipment for shipment.
  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, the typical delivery journey takes between 7 to 8 business days (Monday – Friday), depending on your specific location.
  • Estimated Arrival: Most customers receive their orders within a total of 10 business days.

2. Delivery Costs & Currency Policy

To keep our pricing transparent, all shipping-related costs are processed in US Dollars (USD).

  • Standard Flat Rate: For most orders, we charge a fixed shipping fee of $110.00 USD. This helps cover the specialized handling required for larger items like bikes and treadmills.
  • Free Shipping Threshold: We are happy to offer complimentary shipping on all orders with a total value of $1,000.00 USD or more.

3. Local Collection (Self-Pickup)

If you prefer to pick up your order directly from our facility, please select the “Local Pickup” option during the checkout process. Once your order is ready, we will send you a “Ready for Collection” email with the exact address and available pickup hours. Please wait for this confirmation before heading to the shop.

4. Logistics & Carrier Partners

To ensure global reliability, we collaborate with industry-leading couriers, including UPS, DHL, FedEx, and USPS. We select the most efficient carrier based on the weight of your equipment and your destination country to ensure the safest possible journey.

5. Real-Time Order Tracking

Transparency is key to a good experience. As soon as your package is scanned by our carrier, you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation email. This email contains a unique tracking link that allows you to monitor your package’s progress from our warehouse to your door.

6. Address Accuracy & Return Policy

Please verify your shipping address before finalizing your order. If a package is returned to our facility because of an incorrect address or because it was not claimed by the recipient, the customer will be responsible for the $110.00 USD re-shipping fee to send the item a second time.

7. Support for Transit Issues (Damage or Loss)
